Korean Raw Food Soy Shake

Ingredients:  (for 2 glasses of soy shake)
Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
dried raisins
a banana, Celery
2 slices of canned pineapples
Raw cashew nuts, soy milk
4 tbps of brown rice or white rice soaked into water with a bit of salt
(soaked from 6 to 8 hours )
oligo or whte sugar (according to your preference)

Sojashake
Zutaten:  (für 2 Gläser)
Frischgepresster Zitronensaft,
Rosinen, Sellerie, eine Banane,
2 Scheiben Dosen-Ananas,
Rohe Cashewnüsse, Sojamilch,
4 Esslöffel weißen oder braunen Reis;
in Wasser mit etwas Salz eingeweicht (6-8 Stunden in Wasser einweichen)
Oligozucker oder weißen Zucker (je nach Geschmack)

milk-shake au lait de soja
Ingrédients:   (pour deux tasses)
Jus frais de citron pressé,
Raisins secs, 1 banane,  Céleri,
2 tranches d’ananas en boîte,
Des noix de cajou crues, Lait de soja,
4 c.à.s de riz brun ou blanc trempé dans de l’eau et un peu de sel
(dans l’eau pendant 6 à 8 heures)
sucre oligo ou  sucre blanc (selon votre goût)

Batido de soja.
Ingredientes:  (para 2 vasos de batido de soja)
Zumo de limón recién exprimido,
Pasas secas, Un plátano
2 rebanadas de piña en conserva,
Apio, Anacardos crudos, Leche de soja,
4 cdas de arroz blanco o arroz integral remojado en agua con sal
(en agua de 6 a 8 horas)
Oligo o azúcar blanca  (de acuerdo a tu gusto)
 

Sinh tố đậu nành
Vật liệu:  (cho 2 ly sinh tố đậu nành)
Chanh tươi vắt lấy nước
Nho khô
1 quả chuối
2 lát khóm hộp
Cần tây
Hạt điều sống
Sữa đậu nành
4 muỗng canh gạo lứt hoặc gạo trắng, ngâm nước muối
(ngâm khoảng 6 đến 8 tiếng)
Đường oligo hoặc đường trắng (tùy sở thích)

四大匙白米或糙米和鹽
(浸泡約六到八小時)
果寡糖或白糖 (視各人喜好)

콩 쉐이크
재료:   (콩 쉐이크 2잔)
레몬즙, 건포도, 바나나 2개
캔 파인애플 2조각
셀러리, 캐슈넛, 두유
약한 소금물에 불린  4가지 현미 또는 백미
