NOTE: A colema board is a board that you lie on while giving yourself an enema over the toilet.ملاحظه : كوليما المجلس هو المجلس تكمن في انكم مع اعطاء نفسك الحقنه الشرجيه فوق المرحاض. However it is also possible to just purchase a normal enema bag or bucket, and lie in the floor, either on your right side, or with your head and knees on the floor and bottom in the air.الا انه من الممكن ايضا ان مجرد شراء عادية enema كيس أو سطل ، وتقع في الكلمه ، سواء على الجانب حقك ، او رأسك والركبتين على الارض واسفل في الهواء. Both thses positions are suitable for letting the enema water flow into the bowel.كلا ثسيس مواقع مناسبة لترك enema تدفق المياه الى الامعاء. The only difference is, that when you are ready to evacuate the water, you must jump onto the toilet.والفارق الوحيد هو انه عندما انت على استعداد لإخلاء المياه ، يجب عليك ان تقفز على المرحاض. Place the working end of the colema board over the toilet.مكان العمل من انتهاء كوليما المجلس على المرحاض. The top of the board, where the head rests, may be placed on a chair or the side of the tub for convenience.رأس المجلس ، يكون الرأس قد وضعت على كرسي أو الجانبية للحوض للراحة. Apply a small amount of lubricant on the rectal tube so colema tip will be easily inserted, being careful not to clog the holes.تطبق كمية صغيرة من الشحم على الانبوبه حتى مستقيمي كوليما غيض سيتم ادراجها بسهولة ، والحرص على عدم تعطيل الثقوب. Position your body on colema board in order to easily insert the colema tip into the rectum.موقع الهيءه على جهودكم كوليما المجلس لكي يسهل كوليما قمة تضاف الى المستقيم. Slide body down until the buttocks touch the wooden edges of the support.الهيءه الانزلاق الى اسفل حتى الردفين لمس الحواف الخشبيه للدعم.

Open clamp on the colonic to allow the solution to flow into the colon.ملقط مفتوحة على colonic السماح الحل تتدفق الى القولون. You do not have to remove the rectal tip in order to evacuate.انك لا تملك ان تزيل مستقيمي غيض من اجل الجلاء. The fecal matter will bypass the tip, allowing normal bowel action.Fecal ان المساله ستتجاوز غيض يسمح الامعاء طبيعية. The colema board encourages normal peristalsis without producing bowel distension.كوليما المجلس ان يشجع الانتاج الطبيعي دون peristalsis الامعاء distension. Begin abdomen massage.تبدأ تدليك البطن. Start massaging upward on your left side.بداية massaging التصاعدي على جهودكم الجانب الايسر. If you find any tender or sore areas, continue to massage until the tenderness is gone.اذا وجدتم اي عطاء او المناطق الملتهبه ، تواصل تدليك الحنان حتى رحل. Continue up to the ribs on the left, then across the abdomen and down the right side.يتواصل حتى على أضلاعه اليسرى ، ثم عبر وأسفل البطن الجانب الايمن. This brings the solution to the ascending colon.وبذلك يرتفع الى حل للصعود القولون. When cramping or the desire to evacuate occurs, close off the water clamp (in-flow) and simply relieve the bowel.عند الإقلاع او رغبة في اجلاء يقع بالقرب من المياه ملقط (التدفق) مجرد تخفيف والامعاء. The small, pencil-like tip will allow free elimination without being removed.الصغيرة ، مثل الاقلام - قمة سيسمح القضاء الحر دون ازالتها.

Continue this procedure until you have eliminated the bulk of fecal mass or until you have exhausted the water contents in the bucket.يستمر هذا الاجراء حتى اليكم قضينا معظم fecal الدمار او حتى تكون قد استنفدت المياه المحتويات في دلو. To start the water flow in the enema hose you must siphon it.بدء تدفق المياه في خرطوم enema عليكم سيفون. This is accomplished by putting the end that goes in the bucket under the faucet.ويجري ذلك من خلال وضع نهاية يمر في سطل تحت صنبور. Run water through it, past the u-tube, then hold it up in the air so the water can run down the long part of the hose.ادارة المياه ، ومن خلاله الماضي يو الانبوبه ، ثم يعقد في الجو فالماء يمكن ان يدهس طويلة جزءا من خرطوم. Once it has run down, close the clamp, then start it in the same way you did before and your enema siphon will be working.بمجرد ان يدهس تغلق ملقط ، ثم نبدأ في نفس الطريق فعلتم قبل your enema siphon سيعمل. The idea is that when water is pulled down the long part of the hose it will naturally draw the water up the hose from the bucket and around the u-tube.والفكره هي انه عندما المياه هدموا طويلة جزءا من خرطوم ان من الطبيعي ان يوجه خرطوم مياه تصل الى من الدلو وحول يو الانبوبه. To keep the enema siphon flow, always clamp off the hose before the bucket has run dry.يبقى enema siphon تتدفق دائما ملقط قبالة خرطوم قبل الدلو قد جف. This way you will retain your suction without having to resiphon.بهذه الطريقة سيحتفظ لكم جهودكم شفط دون ريسيبهون. If the bucket does run dry, you must repeat the starting procedure.اذا دلو هل جف ، يجب عليك اعادة بدء الاجراء.

• As a bowel stimulant, not unlike a laxative -- the main difference being that laxatives are commonly thought of as orally administered while enemas are administered directly into the rectum, and thereafter, into the colon.فالامعاء المنشط ، لا خلاف laxative -- الفرق الرئيسي هو ان يشيع المسهلات التي يظن انها الفم enemas بينما تدار مباشرة الى المستقيم ، وذلك في القولون.
