Vegan-Vegetarian
Becoming a vegan or vegetarian is a choice that could save the world, save your health and save your money. A shocking statement to some, but it is true. The amount of energy needed to grow livestock is enormous. In fact it has been estimated that giving up meat would reduce greenhouse gasses more that switching to a hybrid car.
Eating meat also weighs heavily on the bodies digestive functions, as animal protein is very difficult to digest in comparison to vegetable protein, and the meat putrefies quickly, well before it reaches the end of the digestive tract, which puts enormous strain on the liver, kidneys and other bodily organs.
