The Ultimate Food
There is one food available that is extremely high in nutrients and is
almost a 'perfect food'. That food is hemp seeds.
The seeds come from the mature flowers of the hemp plant, which is also
of the marijuana species. The plants grown commercially for their seeds
and other useful parts do not contain any THC (the stuff that gets you
high), so there is nothing to worry about in that regard.
The hemp plant is also highly useful in other ways, apart from giving
food, it's stem makes very strong fibers that can be used for clothing
and ropes. No fertilizers or pest control is needed either as the plant

afford to eat meat. The doctor wanted to prove they were sick and not
as healthy as the meat eating Americans, but actually discovered the

whole food, plant-based diet and avoid consuming beef, poultry and milk
as a means to minimize and/or reverse the development of chronic
disease. The authors also recommend that people take in adequate
amounts of sunshine in order to maintain sufficient levels of Vitamin D
