How to Make Your Body Smell Nice

The Short answer: Make sure your body is clean INSIDE and OUT.

The Long Answer: Cleaning the outside of the body is something that is relatively easy and will of course contribute to having a nice smelling body. A good all over scrub with some natural soap or body wash will do wonders and a dry skin brush will also help to remove dead skin that can contribute to odors caused by bacteria and fungus growing.

Cleaning the inside of the body takes a little longer than a 10 minute shower with a bottle of soap, but will yield greater satisfaction in the end as it requires a changing of habits, which will lead to more energy, less sickness, a cheaper shopping bill (a vegetarian diet) and of course a nicer smelling (and better looking) body.

The best place to start is to eat more fruit, more whole grains, fresh, steamed or baked vegetables and of course less meat and dairy. Generally we recommend a pure vegan diet, but if someone feels they can't switch over right away then doing it gradually is ok too.

Despite what the advertisements on TV will tell you about getting calcium from milk and protein from meat, and that is is vital for survival, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact meat and dairy are the number one cause of disease in the world today. All the most common diseases in the modern world today such as heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, diabetes, obesity etc, hardly exist in people with a vegan diet.

Yes it is true that meat is high in protein, but taking such a narrow view on nutrition is seriously flawed. First of all practically all foods contain proteins and amino acids, and there are many vegan athletes and even body builders who can attest to this, but secondly the amount of protein required for good health is also overstated in the media. There is even research coming out now suggesting that a healthy vegan can actually recycle protein (and B12). Meat is very difficult to digest also, becoming putrid in the bowel and causing the body to stink. It is carcinogenic and has been linked to cancer. What more do we need to say!

Secondly the milk myth. We could go on about this for pages, but in sort milk is extremely difficult to digest and ends up undigested in the blood stream causing all kind of allergies and sickness. Not to mention the fact the the calcium phosphorous ratio is not good so the stuff can actually leach calcium from your body. We are not baby cows, don't drink it.

So after purifying the diet it is a good idea to do some colon cleansing to remove the old residues and mucoid plaque left behind from years of unhealthy eating. If people don't believe the body hangs on the toxins, then try a cleanse and then decide. A lot more will come out than what you put in, and it will definitely not closely resemble anything you have seen before and you will be glad to be rid of it.

Chlorophyll is also a great way to get the body smelling nice and sweet. It purifies everything it touches and works it's way trough the organs and blood like a wonder broom, carrying with it life giving iron and oxygen. Some green superfood powder, which is rich in chlorophyll makes a great addition to the daily diet. Just mix it in some juice and drink away.

After this the body should start to smell a lot better, and you won't need to mask your body odor with chemicals, but you will naturally smell nice. Who knows if you are single you might even exude some magic scent that just might attract that person you are looking for. Not that we recommend good health as a way to find a love...... Because we all know from the books of wisdom that love comes from within.

Till next time and best regards.
